It has now been 15 days that I have moved to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The town and location is cute, a little far from things but it’s nice. The move for my fiancé and I has been very tough. I am struggling to find a decent job with no college degree while not working in fast-food or retail. I know I’m not the only person who has this struggle either, especially being in my early 20’s. I have had some interviews and I have felt good about 2 of them. I’m still waiting for the one I really want and I hope you wish me luck. But in the meantime of trying to resettle and get back into work I have had the chance to do a few fun things to help relieve stress and bond with those around me.
I had the pleasure of meeting more family and making friends. Spending quality time with his cousin and family was something I needed and cherish so much. Also having the ability to go to the beach each and everyday is a favorite of mine to do. You better believe I have been everyday since moving with the exception of 4 days only because I received some extra love from the sun. Let me tell you did I enjoy my favorite color red in an unpleasant way. Hahaha.
Him and I also went mini golfing and to not rub in who won (wink wink) it was very fun, I have always enjoyed my time with family and him. I’m very grateful and lucky to have the opportunity to have this chapter in my life.
